American Idol what?
I didn’t watch American Idol last night, can you believe it? Instead, Brad and I had a lovely dinner with his grandma, and I wasn’t even sad about missing the show. Without Chris, I just don’t care much anymore.
I caught the recap at the very end, so I saw about 2.5 seconds of all nine performances. I’ll just go ahead and make my prediction from that.
Seriously, she can’t be in the final two. I’ll never watch the show again if such an injustice occurs. Katharine, get up off the floor and walk away. Just walk away.

I did watch it.
I made an observation last night while watching. I HATE Katharine. I LOVE Taylor. Elliot… he’s just kind of there. He’s never really impressed me, he’s never really done poorly. He’s just there.
Evaluations:
Elliot - Solid, Solid, Solid
Katharine - Shitty, finally didn’t suck, Shitty
Taylor - Fucking sweet, Sweet, FUCKING SWEET
So yeah. If Taylor doesn’t win, I’m going to be pissed. He totally rocked the house last night. The audience was going nuts for him, and giving golf claps to everyone else. If he doens’t come out on top, I’m going to be pissed, and personally investigate the voting process (and find out just how rigged it is).
Anyway, I share Shan’s prediction. Bye bye Katharine.

Also…. Katharine is going to win.
She made the final two, and you KNOW people didn’t vote for her. The music producers don’t want someone original who will might write their own music, and do a non-pop type of music. They want an easily controlled puppet singer who will make them rich as a producer. There’s no way voting can stop her now. If she hasn’t been voted out yet (despite everyone I know hating her), then there’s no way she won’t win. I’m never watching again.
