Monday, December 26, 2011 at 10:14PM Christmas was good. And actually it's not over - we have our last Christmas party on New Year's Eve. It's going to be a Christmas/NYE/Ugly Sweater/Minute to Win It party. Can't wait. More on the holidays later. For now, clothes.
This is a dress I wore a lot in the summer. Add some tights, tall boots and a sweater, and you've got a fall outfit!
Nothing special here, just another comfortable day at the office.
My sister recently gave me this shirt. It's pretty simple, but I really love it! Decided to go monochromatic with this outfit.
Got some new tall brown boots! Actually I guess I have them on that dress up there, but I didn't take a close up until I wrote this outfit, which is just oh so fall isn't it?
I have a really hard time buying tall boots because I have giant man calves. Most wide calf boots are quite ugly unless you pay big bucks, which I am not willing to do. These aren't exactly what I was looking for, but for the price, I like them.
This is one of those sweaters I've had for so long, I don't even remember when or where I got it. But I diligently break it out every winter!
These are the shoes I wore with the above outfit. Is it weird to wear socks with flats? I never know, but in the winter what are you supposed to do? Not wear flats? Not happening.

Love the dress and the boots! As for socks with flats - I haven't done that but based on your pic, it doesn't look bad. I might have to start!
I have huge calves too. I can't even put jeans inside my boots; they're tight all by themselves on bare legs. I see women who have room around their legs inside their boots and I can't even fathom it!
(And here's hoping to a wonderful 2012 for the both of us!)
