Holy crap you guys! I won an Old Navy coupon from We Covet! It's $65 on a $100 purchase. It's funny because just the other day I was at oldnavy.com and had a virtual bag full of stuff I wanted, and then I made myself close the tab because I can't afford all that crap.
But now I can! (At least some of it.)
I enter a lot of contests, and this week alone I entered to win about seven different things. And finally, all those minutes of entering my contact information, all those comments written, it has finally paid off.

That's awesome! I notoriously win contests. I won a diamond ring once (very small diamond), I won a hundred dollars, my mom won a car, my brother won a thousand dollars on an instant scratch off ticket, I won a cabbage patch when I was little, I usually win lottery tickets, but I don't play often, I almost always win free whoppers on those pull off tabs, I win those silly raffles at group meetings where you win stuff like a big thing of chocolate, a vcr, a portable chair, a car tool set, green windshield wipers (not kidding), and a really fancy stationary set. That's just stuff I can think of off the top of my head. It's a hereditary trait... I really think it is. I should enter more stuff, but I am superstitious and believe if I abuse it, I'll lose it... Realistically I know I shouldn't believe in luck, but I have to admit... I kind of do. It's not just good luck, but bad luck too. Whatever is least likely to happen is what happens. Like, I've been called for jury duty twice. I've had seven surgeries, doctors are notorious for saying, odds are it's not this, but I'll check it anyway, and find out... yes it is. There's more, but I'm sure I'm boring you now. Plus I hate when people place a blog in a blog... and that's exactly what I just did. Sorry.
Nice!!! I just bought $150 worth of stuff off Old Navy's site and then returned about $100 worth to the store last week. (Their stuff looks so much cuter on the site than in real life.) But the kid didn't ring it up correctly and I wasn't reimbursed. Now I can't find the receipt. I need to call there today. Here's hoping it's somewhere in their system.
I am so jealous. I never win anything!!
