My first UpDate (thanks Dori)

Per Dori's request, and in stealing her idea, I'm offering a brief UpDate from Thursday night. It went well. Really well. Really really well. In fact, I hesitate to write too much about it because I feel like saying too much will jinx it. Or something.

But there was definitely something there, something I want to explore further. Something that has actually already been explored a little further as I saw him again last night.

I know that successful dates aren't nearly as fun to hear about as awkward or awful dates, but it went too well to say anything bad about it. I'm going to keep seeing this guy, so I'll let you know if anything awkward or awful happens, but so far the outlook is good.

(Feel free to ask for more details if your curiosity is killing you. I know I'm being cryptic here, I'm sorry.)

Update on the UpDate: I thought of something embarrassing. I spilled water on myself twice at dinner. Not just dribbled a little on my shirt, but knocked my full glass into my lap. Twice. I think he likes me though, wet jeans and all.

Kind of embarrassing but it shows that you can act like yourself. It sounds promising.
