I blame it on the snow

I screwed up. It didn't even kind of occur to me to blog yesterday. Not once. I didn't even think about it until someone emailed me today and tsk tsk'd me for forgetting. I was so successful the last two years, and I don't even have a good reason for screwing this year up. Oh well, I never win any of the prizes anyway.

Besides, it's snowing here. Yes. SNOWING! And not just the kind of snow that's in the air but melts on the ground. No, this stuff is sticking. I am not happy. I'm still in denial that summer is over, and I don't even know what happened to fall. I'm not ready for winter. Please make it stop.

I am so with you. Let's bring back summer. Last week was so nice with the temps going up into the '70s. My daughter was delighted to see our dog come in from outside all sprinkled with snow. Me? Not so much.

You know there is a prize out there for people that do mess up in their glorious quest for NaBloPoMo perfection.
