You people are awesome

Most of you have never even met me, yet you're so supportive and kind. I complain to my family and get support, I whine to my friends and get encouragement, and now I can even cry online and get all kinds of positive words and thoughts from my My Readers. There are a lot of people online going through some serious stuff right now---loss of loved ones, major surgeries, breakups---and I can understand rallying around those people even if they are strangers. My problems seem trivial compared to theirs, but still, you all take a minute to say something nice. I think that's cool.
And it's really comforting to know that my words don't just drift around outer space when I write them here. I'm glad to know that some of you catch them and read them and care about them, and then take the time to throw something back. Hey ya know? You guys are nice!
