Fried potatoes

I wasn't kidding when I said can't (and hate to) cook...
B: [calling me on his way home]: So what did you do for dinner?
S: I had fried potatoes.
B: You did?
S: Yeah why?
B: Did you make them?
S: Yes.
B: How?
S: I fried a potato.
B: You sliced it up and put it in the frying pan?
S: Yes. Is that so hard to believe?
B: [without a hint of sarcasm] I don't know, that's just a lot for you.
And sadly, it really is.

lol ... but it sounds so darn good and really all you have to do now is add some onions and peppers and perhaps a hint of oregano and a bit of garlic and then throw in some chopped pepperoni and voila fried potoatoes with um stuff

Dang daisies! That's a lot of stuff to add, I would have never thought of any of that. I was lucky I sprinkled a little Lawry's over my potatoes. I heart fried potatoes too, even the plain kind.
Oh, yum, I luvvvvvv fried potatoes. I'm lazy in cooking these days. My DB (dear boyfriend) assumes I still can't cook because I won't at his house. So the other day, I nuked a tater in the microwave 3/4 of the way done, cut it up and threw it in a pan for a few minutes and fried them. He was totally amazed. He was amazed it was so fast too. He's got this thing about how fast he can cook and clean up. He's faster than the speed of light...according to him. *rolls eyes*
Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm proud of you for cooking instead of eating out! KUDOS! LOL
