Everyone should come visit me! Please.

I moved into my house--my crib for the next year! Dad and Brad helped me hoist a big ol' rock-hard bed up there, then spent the rest of their energy trying to open the windows. Emily was there to help me arrange and home-ify things a little. Then yesterday Brad and I hit up Target. I bought a fan and towels and bowls and cups and pans and even a toothbrush holder. I tried to minimize my purchases for now though, I'm a cheap ass.
Maybe someday Brad will let me use his camera to take pictures, and I'll share them. Spent our first night in my new place last night. We both woke up a million times, but I think I'm gonna like it. Except Brad has to stay with me every single night until Sarah moves in because I'm far too chicken-shit to stay there by myself.
Did I mention I managed to lock us out of the house before any of this had time to happen? Good thing my boyfriend has expert burglary skills apparently. He got a window open, and he and my dad shoved Emily through. Remind me to make a spare key to hide outside.

Well I'll be going over to my old house this week, so I'll get it if it's there. Otherwise I'm sure Mary will get any other mail to me that comes later. Don't worry. I'll send a SMEAR email with the new address.
First of all, does anyone else's comments page (like when you view comments posted on someone else's entry) all like stack the text along the left side of the screen, so like only 4 or 5 words are on a row? And then the page is hella long? Just curious, it's been doing that to me for a couple weeks now.
Secondly...I swear Shan that I warned you that bed was rock hard..:) If I had a mattress pad or something, I would for sure donate it.
And lastly...you said you bought a fan, does this mean the house isn't air-conditioned?

You did warn me, but what was I to do? I need a bed! I've been sleeping better on it though the last couple nights.
Nope, no AC. It sucks. A lot. But I can survive without such luxuries, I'm just glad to have a place to live!
Go buy ya one of those egg crate things at Target or Wal-Mart for $15. It makes the bed sooo much softer...trust me, I know.
So when's the party? I'm game.
