Fry scoop
At McDonald’s today (ew gross, I know, it was) I was standing by the counter waiting for my order to come up when the guy in front of me suddenly exclaimed, in the direction of the employee at the register, “Wow that fry thing is cool!”
We all kind of quietly ignored him.
“It like, scoops them up and gets them right in the box! That’s amazing!”
Quietly ignore.
“That fry scoop thing—that’s so cool!”
Finally the cashier responded, “Oh, the fry scoop. Yeah, um, pretty neat huh?”
I laughed. I couldn’t help it. The poor guy just liked the McDonald’s fry scoop and he wanted to tell someone about it, and I laughed at him. But it was so funny. My god, he was frickin’ fascinated with that fry scoop!

Was this guy a few french fries short of a Happy Meal, too? Or maybe he was born yesterday, and all things are new and exciting to him? That’s pretty funny!

McDonalds isn’t gross. I mean, it’s not fine dining or anything, but of the fast foods it’s one of the better. If your a strict burger-n-fries person, McDonalds has less fat/calories than BK and WAY, WAY less than Wendys.

Haha! I applaud that guy’s childlike wonder although I’m a bit of a cynic. When I hear (in this care read) stuff like this, I have to wonder if he was being sarcastic! Although I hope not. The world needs more people like that.

Apparently Lindsay hasn’t seen Super Size Me or read Fast Food Nation. McDonald’s is the WORST of them all!

I saw Super Size me and read Fast Food Nation, as a matter of fact. But look it up yourself. When comparing burgers to burgers or fries to fries, McDonalds *DOES* have the lowest fat/calorie content.
