For those of you who have Erica and Robin on your friends pages, don’t bother to look at this picture. You’ve already seen it. It’s just SEAR (-M) reunited for lunch at Fridays.
I’ve read a lot of Recap-2004 or Look-ahead-to-2005 or Here’s-what-I-did-over-break entries. So here’s my quick combination of all three:
In 2004 I worked at the worst job ever for 6 months, but lived with the best roommate ever. Then I moved to Jackson to take a good “job” that paid very little. I had the 24th celebration of my birth, sadly never made it past Chicago on any of the three trips I made, welcomed my nephew into the world, and rediscovered the craftiness inside of me. 2004 started with winter and ended with winter and I don’t remember much about what happened in between.
2005 promises to bring some good changes. Perhaps the awakening of a long-hibernating love, hopefully a move out of Jackson and out of Michigan for awhile, and God only knows what else.
I had a lot of fun over break. I saw family I hadn’t seen in awhile, a friend who I haven’t seen in a few months, and someone else I hadn’t seen in almost a year. I slept in a lot, did a lot of thinking, and drove myself absolutely crazy by the end.
So there ya go…
Not really excited to be back to work, mostly because I hate getting up so damn early. My new shoes click when I walk. It makes me feel kinda professional. And also kind of annoying. I always hated when you could hear someone coming down the hall 10 minutes before they got there. At first I tried to be nimble and make as little noise as possible. But then I decided, let the shoes fucking click. Click, click click…

I kind of miss everyone thinking we’re lesbians because we slept in the same bed. We definitely need to make out and get the rumor mill going again.

I know! I got so distracted with some other stuff that was going on (I’ll have to explain it to you sometime, you’ll be interested), and I just didn’t. But I’ll be in town this weekend cuz my sisters will be home. We’re going out either Fri or Sat. Please come!! I’ll give you details if you’re interested.
